We recommend an architecture after reviewing your sites, remote users, applications and your headquarters' standards.
A clear process from the first call to day-to-day support, coordinated with your team abroad.
01
We review your Panama site plans, existing firewalls, current licenses, remote users and the applications you need to protect.
02
We propose models, subscriptions and a management approach that fit your operation and your group's standards, in a formal proposal.
03
We install and configure PAN-OS, policies, VPNs and security services, and cut over from your previous platform in a planned window.
04
We provide support, apply updates, adjust policies and track renewals so protection never lapses.
We are also a Fortinet partner. We recommend Palo Alto Networks when it is the right fit for your case, and we explain why.
If your group already runs Palo Alto Networks, we build the Panama site to match your headquarters' policies and work alongside your engineers abroad.
We can receive, rack and cable your equipment at our office before your site opens, so your network team can configure it ahead of the move.
We track every subscription renewal date and alert you in advance, so you renew only what you use.
Equipment, licensing, cabling, deployment and support from one local provider, with no layers of intermediaries.
Remote and on-site support across Panama in English and Spanish, for your local staff or your head office.
Where can I buy Palo Alto Networks products in Panama?
Techno Sistemas is a Palo Alto Networks partner in Panama. We help you choose the firewall, subscriptions and, where it fits, Prisma Access or Cortex XDR based on your users, sites and applications, then deliver everything installed, configured and licensed. Request an assessment and we will send you a formal proposal.
How do I renew licenses on my Palo Alto firewall?
Send us the serial number of each firewall or a screenshot of the licenses page in PAN-OS. We review which subscriptions you have, when they expire and whether they still fit, then handle the renewal so protection does not lapse. We can also track your renewal calendar for you.
Our headquarters already runs Palo Alto Networks. Can you deploy to match?
Yes. We follow your group's design, policies and naming conventions, and connect the Panama site to the management platform your team already uses, whether Strata Cloud Manager or Panorama. Your engineers abroad keep control of the configuration while we handle the on-site work in Panama.
What is the difference between Strata Cloud Manager and Panorama?
Both centralize management of your Palo Alto Networks firewalls. Strata Cloud Manager is the AI-powered cloud console that manages firewalls and Prisma Access from one interface. Panorama is the centralized management platform you deploy as your own appliance. We recommend one based on your fleet size and whether you use Prisma Access.
Does Prisma Access replace a firewall?
Not necessarily. Prisma Access protects remote users and branches from the cloud, while a PA-Series firewall protects your office or data center network. Many organizations run both under a single policy managed from Strata Cloud Manager. We help you decide which traffic goes where.
What is Cortex XDR?
Cortex XDR is the extended detection and response platform from Palo Alto Networks. Its agent protects Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints against exploits and malware, and the platform combines endpoint, network, cloud, identity and email data to detect attacks and show the root cause of every alert.
Palo Alto Networks or Fortinet: which should we choose?
It depends on your network, what is already installed, how you prefer to license and who will manage the platform. Because we are a partner of both, we compare them against your actual requirements and your group's standards, and explain the trade-offs without pressure.
Do you support sites outside Panama City?
Yes. We support companies across Panama with remote and on-site service. We also work with international groups setting up in the country: we deploy the local site to their standards, coordinate with their engineers abroad and stay on as the local support team, in English or Spanish.
Tell us how many users and sites you have in Panama, or send us the serial number of your current firewall. We will reply with a concrete recommendation and next steps.
