Service desk with tickets and SLAs
Pick the model that matches how your IT is run today. Every model shares the same foundation: monitoring, maintenance, security and a service desk that knows your environment.
Your IT department for a monthly fee: monitoring, patching, backups, security, Microsoft 365 administration, service desk and vendor management.
Extra hands and specialist depth for your in-house or regional IT team: projects, escalations, after-hours coverage and infrastructure consulting.
FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Zero Trust remote access on Cloudflare, a Microsoft 365 security baseline and endpoint protection, run by us.
A single point of contact for your users, with tickets, priorities and SLAs, remote and on-site support in Panama, in English and Spanish.
The difference is who runs IT day to day. We help you choose based on the team you already have and how your Panama operation is set up.
Criteria
Fully managed (SMBs)
Co-managed (enterprises)
Best fit
Companies with no IT staff, or one person who cannot cover everything
Companies with an internal or regional IT team that needs capacity or specialist skills
Who runs daily IT
Techno Sistemas, end to end
Your team, with us as backup and local hands
Scope
Users, devices, servers, Microsoft 365, security and vendors
What we agree: projects, escalations, after-hours coverage or specific areas
Commercial model
Monthly fee based on users, devices and included services
Monthly fee based on the scope agreed in the contract
If your company grows or builds its own IT team, you can move from one model to the other. We review it with you at the initial assessment and whenever your operation changes.
A clear process from the first call to day-to-day management, with everything agreed in writing.
01
We review your users, devices, servers, Microsoft 365 licensing, network and current vendors to establish a clear baseline.
02
We define the scope, service levels per priority and a clear monthly fee, in writing, before any work starts.
03
We document your environment, set up least-privilege access, apply the security baseline and introduce the service desk to your users.
04
We monitor, patch, check backups, work tickets and review the state of your IT with you on a regular basis.
We work in English and Spanish, receive and install equipment at our office, and give your overseas engineers secure remote access to it.
We access your systems and Microsoft 365 with minimum permissions and phishing-resistant sign-in. You decide, and you can review or remove our access at any time.
MFA for everyone, Conditional Access and blocked sign-in on shared mailboxes are part of the baseline we deploy, not an add-on.
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we match licenses to what each user actually needs rather than defaulting to a more expensive suite.
One monthly fee, agreed in writing, covers the plan's scope. Anything outside it is quoted and approved by you before work begins.
We deal with your internet provider, hardware makers and software vendors, and supply Dell, HPE, Cisco, Ubiquiti and APC equipment as their partner.
Case study
The challenge
Professional-services firms in Panama needed their Microsoft 365 tenants run with strong security controls and licensing that matched what they actually use.
What we did
We sized licenses to real needs, with no oversized suites, and rolled out the security baseline in phases: MFA for everyone, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant sign-in and locked-down shared mailboxes.
The outcome
The firms run on the same security baseline, with licensing sized to real needs and an administrator who uses only the permissions each task requires.
What do your managed IT services include?
Monitoring of computers, servers and network gear, patching, backups, endpoint and network security, Microsoft 365 administration, a service desk with SLAs, and coordination with your technology vendors. The exact scope is set after an assessment of your users, devices and systems, and is written into the proposal before work begins.
How is pricing structured?
We do not publish prices because every environment is different. The monthly fee depends on the number of users, devices and servers, and on the services you include, such as managed firewalls or after-hours coverage. After the assessment you receive a formal proposal with the scope, service levels and monthly fee in writing.
Can you support our Panama office if our IT team is overseas?
Yes. That is what co-managed IT is for. Your team keeps control and we act as local hands and specialists in Panama. For an international financial-services group opening a Panama branch, we racked and cabled their network and security equipment before the move, and their engineers configured it remotely through secure access, with no VPN and no open ports. The branch opened with its network and security already running.
How do you access our Microsoft 365 tenant?
With least privilege. We work as a Microsoft CSP partner: you approve the relationship, permissions are limited to each task, and administrator accounts require phishing-resistant sign-in. You keep ownership of your tenant and can review or remove those permissions at any time.
Do you provide on-site support, or remote only?
Both. The service desk works remotely first, and when a problem needs hands on site we send a technician to your office in Panama. Support is available in English and Spanish, which makes it easier for foreign-owned companies to coordinate between head office and local staff.
What service levels do you commit to?
Service levels are agreed per priority in your contract, based on how much each type of incident affects your operation. An outage that stops your business is handled differently from a routine request, and both are defined in writing in the proposal before onboarding starts.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. During onboarding we build an inventory, take over access and documentation, and rotate admin credentials so only the right people have access. If your Microsoft 365 licenses sit with another provider, we can move them to Techno Sistemas as your CSP partner and set up least-privilege access that you approve.
Do you work with companies setting up operations in Panama?
Yes. We serve companies in Panama, across Latin America and in Canada, as well as foreign companies opening an office in Panama. We can prepare the office network, security and Microsoft 365 before your team arrives, and then manage it on an ongoing basis with a local service desk.
Share how many users, devices and sites you have in Panama and whether you have in-house IT staff. We will propose the right service model and clear next steps.
