Private B2B platform · Servers for rent
Techno Sistemas rents private virtual servers to businesses operating in Panama, designed to fit your workload: from a single production VM for your ERP, CRM or SQL Server to dedicated virtualized nodes. While you rent it, the server is yours. Management, support and backups are separate services you can add, and we sell Windows Server, SQL Server and Remote Desktop CAL licenses.

Windows Server and Linux

We start from the systems your company runs and how it is growing, then design the server to match and hand it over ready to use.
Windows Server or Linux servers for your ERP, CRM, SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services or domain controllers, sized to your software vendor's requirements and your real user load.
Reserved capacity for companies consolidating many servers, separating entities or environments, or growing without redesigning the architecture.
A backup service you can add to your rented server, with frequency and retention agreed with you and a documented restore procedure.
We move your physical or virtual servers from your office to your new rented server after a full inventory, with a planned cutover and a rollback plan.
The two models solve different problems. This comparison helps you see which one fits your case.

Traditional hosting works well for websites and projects your own technical team runs. Our rental is built for production business systems that need a server sized to fit.
Every server starts with a conversation about your operation, not a sign-up form.
01
We review the systems you run, how many people connect, your data volumes, your software vendor's requirements and the licenses you already own.
02
We define compute, memory, storage and networking, and send a formal proposal. Licensing, backups and management are quoted separately if you want them.
03
We build the server, install or migrate your systems, test with your users and switch over in a planned window.
04
You receive the server and run it with your team. If you would rather delegate management, support or backups, you add them as separate services.
Each server is sized to your software, your real users and your growth, not to a catalog plan.
Our platform is private and B2B. There is no open sign-up: every customer comes on board after an assessment and under a contract.
Server administration, support and backups are independent services. You pay for what you choose to add.
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we sell Windows Server, SQL Server and Remote Desktop CALs per user or per device, under the model that applies to your case.
You deal with engineers from a team that has worked in business IT since 2014, in English or Spanish.
Add resources or servers as your operation changes, on the same architecture.
What is a private virtual server for business?
It is a complete server, running Windows Server or Linux, reserved for your company and rented for as long as you need it. We design it around your systems and users and hand it over ready to use. While you rent it, it is yours: you or whoever you appoint manages it. You do not pick a plan online; everything starts with an assessment.
Are management, support and backups included?
No. The rental covers the server designed to fit your needs. Management, ongoing support and backups are separate services that you can add with us or cover with your own IT team. That way you pay only for what you need and it is always clear who is responsible for each part of your environment.
Can I sign up online and get a server right away?
No. The service is for businesses only and every server is tailored. It starts with a conversation about your systems, users and growth; then we send a formal proposal with the design and the terms. That way servers are sized correctly from day one.
How is pricing determined?
It depends on the resources your systems need, the Microsoft licenses that apply and any optional services you add, such as backups or management. That is why we do not publish plans or rates. After the assessment you receive a formal proposal with resources and licensing itemized.
What can we run on a private virtual server?
Production business systems: ERP, CRM and accounting software, SQL Server databases, Remote Desktop Services for remote staff, domain controllers and file servers, on Windows Server or Linux. Before proposing anything we check your software vendor's requirements so the server matches what your system actually needs.
Do you sell Remote Desktop (RDS) CAL licenses?
Yes. We sell Remote Desktop Services CAL licenses per user or per device, together with Windows Server and SQL Server, through our Microsoft CSP channel. CALs are not included with the server; you purchase them separately, and we help you choose per user or per device based on how your team works.
Can I use licenses I already own?
It depends on the license type. Subscription licenses and licenses with Software Assurance can generally run on a provider's infrastructure, while OEM licenses that came with a physical server cannot be transferred. We check this during the assessment, before you buy anything.
We are opening operations in Panama. Can our servers be ready before we start?
Yes. Once the design is agreed, we build the server and coordinate with your software vendor or head-office IT team so your Panama staff can work from their first day. We work in English and Spanish, and you can add management or backups as separate services if you want them.
Share the software you use, how many people connect and where it runs today. We will propose an assessment and come back with a design and clear next steps.
