If you have several devices, we can align their expiry dates and track the renewal calendar for you.
Can you stage our FortiGate before our Panama office opens?
Yes. We can receive your firewalls and switches, rack and cable them at our office, and give your engineers secure remote access to configure them before the move. When the site is ready, the equipment is installed already tested, so your office opens with security in place.
Can our overseas IT team keep managing the firewall?

What is the difference between FortiGuard and FortiCare?
FortiGuard is the set of security services that keep a FortiGate's protection current, such as intrusion prevention, antivirus and web filtering. FortiCare is Fortinet's support and warranty for the device, including hardware replacement and access to firmware updates. They are usually purchased together as a bundle.
What is FortiFlex and when does it make sense?
FortiFlex is Fortinet's points-based licensing program: instead of paying a full renewal up front, you consume points for the services that are active. It suits companies that are growing, opening or closing sites, or that prefer a monthly spend. We compare both models against your actual device inventory before recommending one.
Does FortiSASE replace the FortiGate?
Not necessarily. FortiSASE protects remote and hybrid users from the cloud, while the FortiGate protects the office network, and many organizations run both. For small teams we also offer our managed Zero Trust access service, billed per user with no minimum, and we help you choose for your case.
